Step I – Client Requirement Understanding

Step 2 – Candidate Sourcing

Step 3 – Candidate Validation

SnapSeaarch uses an internally designed Candidate Screening template. This tracker helps the Talent Acquisition team to capture every aspect of the interested candidate and there-by reducing client’s productive time in short-listing the right candidates. This is also effective in filtering out the duplicate candidates, that is those candidates who have already applied for the same position through an alternate source.

Step 4 – CV Submission

SnapSeaarch commits to a 48 hours Turn-around Time (TAT) for submitting the first batch of candidates for any new vacancy. The subsequent batches are submitted based on the flow of feedback from client’s end.

We also provide a personalised Candidate sheet with every candidate CV. This sheet gives a 360 degree overview of the candidate and is again a helpful tool in short-listing the candidates.

Step 5 – Closure Co-ordination

SnapSeaarch takes the full responsibility of ensuring that the selected candidates gets comfortable and settles down in the new environment. We have a stringent process of staying connected with the candidate and take ones timely feedback, right from Offer stage to completion of candidate’s probation period.

We offer a free replacement policy of 90 days from candidate’s joining, if the candidate voluntarily resigns in the said time period. SnapSeaarch commits to give a replacement candidate within 30 days of previous candidate leaving or else we offer a full refund of the earlier payment made.
